DIRECT TO FILM HEAT PRESS INSTRUCTIONS

1. Pre-Press the Garment

  • Pre-press the garment for 3–5 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles.

  • Smooth, dry fabric helps the transfer adhere properly.

2. Position the Transfer

  • Place the transfer design facing up in the desired location.

  • Make sure the surface is flat and evenly aligned.

3. Press the Transfer

  • Temperature: 300°F – 320°F (149°C – 160°C)

  • Pressure: Firm Pressure

  • Time: 10–15 seconds

4. Peel the Film

  • Allow the transfer to cool slightly, then peel the film carefully and smoothly.

5. Final Press (Recommended)

  • Cover the design with parchment paper or a protective sheet.

  • Press again for 3–5 seconds to increase durability and softness.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • A commercial heat press is required. Household irons do not provide enough pressure or heat consistency.

  • Transfers are printed exactly as submitted, so artwork must be print-ready.

  • Proper application ensures strong adhesion and wash durability.
