Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when purchasing DTF gang sheet printing and DTF transfer services from DTF Wholesale. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


Order Processing Time

All products are custom printed to order.

  • Production begins after payment is received and artwork is approved (if applicable)

  • Turnaround time refers to production only

  • Shipping transit time is separate and begins once the order leaves our facility

Estimated turnaround times may vary based on order volume and workload.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Canada.

Orders are produced and shipped from Hamilton, Ontario, ensuring reliable domestic delivery and consistent transit times.


Shipping Methods & Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout

  • Rates are based on order size, weight, and destination

  • Carrier selection is determined at our discretion

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.


Local Pickup

We offer local pickup in Hamilton, Ontario.

  • Pickup availability is confirmed once your order is complete

  • Customers will receive notification when their order is ready

  • Orders must be picked up during posted business hours


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, tracking details will be sent via email. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking status after shipment.


Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped:

  • Responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier

  • DTF Wholesale is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.


Lost or Delayed Packages

DTF Wholesale is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received

  • Lost shipments after carrier acceptance

If an issue occurs, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly. We will assist where possible with documentation.


Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Do not use or apply the transfers

  • Contact the carrier immediately

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging

Claims must follow carrier guidelines.


Shipping Errors

If we ship an incorrect order due to our error, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. We will review the issue and take appropriate action.


Shipping Policy Updates

DTF Wholesale reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. The policy in effect at the time of purchase applies to your order.
