Order Processing Time
All products are custom printed to order.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship within Canada.
Orders are produced and shipped from Hamilton, Ontario, ensuring reliable domestic delivery and consistent transit times.

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
Local Pickup
We offer local pickup in Hamilton, Ontario.

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, tracking details will be sent via email. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking status after shipment.
Delivery Responsibility
Once an order has been shipped:

Responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier

DTF Wholesale is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
Lost or Delayed Packages

Lost shipments after carrier acceptance
If an issue occurs, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly. We will assist where possible with documentation.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:

Do not use or apply the transfers

Contact the carrier immediately

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging
Claims must follow carrier guidelines.
Shipping Errors
If we ship an incorrect order due to our error, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. We will review the issue and take appropriate action.
