Return & Refund Policy for DTF Printing Services

At DTF Wholesale, all products are custom-made to order. Because DTF gang sheet printing and DTF transfers are produced based on customer-submitted artwork and specifications, we maintain the following return and refund policy.

Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.


Custom & Made-to-Order Products

All DTF products sold by DTF Wholesale are custom printed. Due to the nature of custom printing:

  • All sales are final

  • We do not accept returns or refunds for custom orders once production has started

  • Approved artwork is printed exactly as submitted


Artwork Approval Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving:

  • Artwork size

  • Layout and spacing

  • Orientation

  • Overall design accuracy

Once artwork is approved, production begins. No refunds or reprints will be issued for errors related to:

  • Incorrect sizing

  • Low-resolution files

  • Spelling or design mistakes

  • Color expectations


Defective or Production Errors

Refunds or reprints may be considered only if there is a verified production error caused by us, such as:

  • Incorrect item produced

  • Misprint not matching approved artwork

  • Defective transfer material

To report an issue:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order

  • Provide clear photos and your order number

  • Do not press or use the transfers before contacting us

Each case is reviewed individually.


No Refunds for Application Errors

We are not responsible for issues caused by:

  • Improper heat press settings

  • Incorrect pressure, temperature, or timing

  • Use of a home iron instead of a heat press

  • Failure to follow provided Heat Press Instructions

Application results vary based on equipment and garments. Testing is always recommended.


Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Lost or damaged packages once marked as delivered

If a shipment arrives damaged, contact the carrier directly and notify us as soon as possible so we can assist where possible.


Order Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once artwork has been approved

  • Orders not yet in production may be cancelled at our discretion

Contact us immediately if you need to request a cancellation.


Policy Updates

DTF Wholesale reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The policy in effect at the time of purchase applies to your order.
