Terms of Service for DTF Wholesale

These Terms of Service govern your use of the website and services provided by DTF Wholesale. By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our DTF gang sheet printing and DTF printing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

Services Offered

DTF Wholesale provides custom DTF gang sheet printing and DTF transfer services. All products are made-to-order based on customer-submitted artwork and specifications.

Orders & Acceptance

  • All orders are subject to acceptance by DTF Wholesale

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion

  • Production begins only after artwork approval (where applicable)

Artwork & File Responsibility

Customers are fully responsible for:

  • Artwork accuracy

  • File resolution and sizing

  • Spelling, layout, and orientation

Approved artwork is printed exactly as submitted. DTF Wholesale is not responsible for errors in customer-provided files.

Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without notice

  • Payment must be completed in full before production begins

  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or cancel orders affected by incorrect pricing

Turnaround Time

Turnaround times are estimates only and begin after artwork approval and payment confirmation. Production time does not include shipping transit time. DTF Wholesale is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping & Local Pickup

  • Shipping is available across Canada

  • Local pickup is available in Hamilton, Ontario

  • Once an order leaves our facility, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier

Tracking information is provided when available.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

All DTF products are custom-made. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for detailed information. Orders cannot be cancelled once artwork has been approved and production has begun.

Application & Use Disclaimer

DTF Wholesale is not responsible for issues caused by:

  • Improper heat press application

  • Incorrect temperature, pressure, or timing

  • Use of non-recommended equipment

  • Failure to follow provided Heat Press Instructions

Testing is recommended before full production.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of DTF Wholesale and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Customer-submitted artwork remains the property of the customer and is used solely to fulfill the order.

Limitation of Liability

DTF Wholesale shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Changes to Terms

DTF Wholesale reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of purchase applies to your order.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.
